Hypnotherapy is the therapeutic use of hypnosis. It is a natural and effective way to deal with a wide range of problems. In hypnotherapy, the client is basically guided to a deep state of hypnosis by the therapist. When reaching this point the person is extremely relaxed and highly suggestible, i.e., the person may be highly responsible to suggestions.

Is Hypnosis Safe?
Hypnosis is safe. It is similar to experiencing a daydream. Being in hypnosis helps you feel relaxed.

Who can be hypnotised?
Anyone who is of normal intelligence can be hypnotized except for the mentally ill, those under the influence of drug / alcohol, children under age of four.

Can hypnotherapy cure?
Hypnotherapy is not a cure. It is a technique used to facilitate a change. It does offer us the opportunity, when we are willing to commit ourselves to making changes, to improve our lives for the better.
Hypnosis works in conjunction with medical treatment, not in place of it.
